The Bermuda Short

These shorts are advertised as super stretchy. They have NO stretch and did not fit. Real problems began when I returned them. I had to provide my own packing materials because they were delivered in a seriously taped plastic bag which I had to destroy in order to open it. They did not enclose a return packing slip and my printer was broken so I had to handwrite a piece of paper. I had to go to the post office to make the return. And they did not refund the $10 shipping fee. The return was received on March 24. When no refund had been processed by March 28 I inquired. I was told I would get the refund early this week. Today, 2 weeks later, I had to send a threatening email before they actually processed the return. This company’s stringent return requirements, false descriptions of items and lackadaisical refund approach are deal breakers for me. I wouldn’t wish this terrible experience on my worst enemies.
